\r\n Items are sourced directly from manufacturers, wholesalers, project surpluses, stock clearances. Current components available from manufacturers such as Yaskawa Vipa, Helmholz, Phoenix Contact, ABB, and Moxa may be reordered from the manufacturer. In addition, we can procure items from a broad network of partners at short notice.\r\n

Component conditions

We sell items in several condition levels:

-MFS- New original manufacturer sealed item
-FS- New original manufacturer sealed item, potentially older production date, lower price
-NEW- New item in opened original package or neutral package
-RFUR- Refurbished item in opened original or neutral packaging, fully functional
-USED- Used item in opened original or neutral packaging, fully functional

Warranty

\r\n

\r\n Warranty period for all items sold by us is 12 months, if damage was not caused by improper handling or operation.\r\n

\r\n

\r\n If a component supplied by us is faulty or defective, we will supply a replacement as quickly as possible. If this is not possible, non-functioning items can be returned to us for credit note. For the return, we require an exact description of the fault, a copy of the delivery note or invoice and the serial number.\r\n

\r\n

\r\n You will receive a return note from us, which must be completed and enclosed with the package. The return shipment must be packed carefully and shock-proof. After receipt and inspection of the rejected item, the appropriate credit note will be issued.\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Inventory and delivery quantities

\r\n

\r\n Available components are highlighted in color and the current available quantity is displayed for each item.\r\n

\r\n

\r\n Parts indicated with the green ‘Request’ button are normally available in our partner warehouse at short notice.\r\n

\r\n

\r\n The displayed inventory data is regularly updated. In rare cases, there may be order overlaps beyond our control. If items are not available as ordered, you will be notified accordingly.\r\n

\r\n Larger quantities can be requested via the order form as well as by e-mail.\r\n

You can order from us directly via the webshop or by email. Telephone orders are possible in exceptional cases.

\r\n After dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:30 p.m. are shipped with one of our service providers and the shipment is confirmed by email. With the shipping notification, you will receive a copy of the delivery note and the tracking information.\r\n
